Haitham Issa (CEO): My name is Haitham, and I'm the Chief Executive Officer of Trans-Pacific Cargo.

Interviewer: What challenge were you facing before using Okargo?

Haitham Issa (CEO): Before we used Okargo, we had a lot of challenges in rate sheets consolidation and the time wasted in searching the online carriers. Okargo helped us a lot on this part.

Interviewer: What made you look for a solution like Okargo?

Haitham Issa (CEO): I was looking for a tool to improve time management and increase efficiency. During COVID time, we couldn't hire more employees, so the main goal was to increase the efficiency of the current employees. So this is what I found at this time was very interesting in Okargo.

Interviewer: Which Okargo feature changed your work most?

Haitham Issa (CEO): My all-time favorite is the multi-port. Multi-port is really a very good feature. It helps us to create and consolidate a rate sheet with offline and online rates. We can just edit very quick the selling prices and send it to our customers. This is a task that could take 30 minutes from us, but now we can do it in a few clicks.

Interviewer: How does Okargo help your team stay ahead of the market?

Haitham Issa (CEO): It helped our pricing team a lot. They can see from the spot rates if the vessels are fully booked or the rates are increasing or declining, and they can build their own freight index.

Interviewer: How does Okargo help your sales team perform better?

Haitham Issa (CEO): The sales will spend less time in converting leads into deals. The sales will have a clear idea about the market because they basically see it every day. They will know if the market is increasing or declining, which will improve the efficiency of the people.

Interviewer: If you had to work without Okargo today, what would you miss the most?

Haitham Issa (CEO): I think it will be a drop of sales. And market visibility will decrease. These are the two things which we're getting as value from Okargo.

Interviewer: If you had to define Okargo in three words, what would they be?

Haitham Issa (CEO): User friendly, time saver, and efficient.
