As we begin 2026, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the past year and share the direction we continue to follow at Okargo.
In a maritime market marked by price pressure, volume fluctuations, and continuous changes in carrier pricing structures, your trust allows us to focus on what matters most: delivering reliable and sustainable value, even in volatile conditions.
Throughout the year, we continued to reinforce the way ocean rate data is processed in Okargo. Whether through mass data transfers into your own systems, providing better control over your data, or self-upload of rate sheets, offering greater autonomy, our objective has remained clear:
to give our customers the ability to react immediately when market conditions change.
In 2025, we also significantly strengthened and consolidated our CargoWise connectivity, reinforcing Okargo’s integration within freight forwarders’ operational ecosystems.
In parallel, we expanded and enriched our carrier coverage with concrete technological achievements, including the creation of a new connection to ZIM’s new platform and the integration of Reefer rates for ONE.
A significant part of 2025 was also dedicated to maintaining and securing access to online carrier offers. As shipping lines continuously evolve their portals, security constraints, and technologies, our teams worked relentlessly to ensure continuity of access. This ongoing effort is critical to guarantee that what you rely on today will still be available tomorrow.
Beyond the product, 2025 marked an important step in how we support our customers. We strengthened our Customer Success organization to better assist users throughout their journey with Okargo — not only at onboarding, but continuously.
Our conviction is simple: A powerful tool only creates value when it is fully understood and effectively used.
Looking ahead to 2026, our trajectory remains deliberately focused.
