Haitham Issa: Before we used Okargo, we had a lot of challenges in rate sheets consolidation and the time wasted in searching the online carriers. During COVID time, we couldn't hire more employees, so the main goal was to increase the efficiency of the current employees.

Haitham Issa: My all-time favorite is the multi-port. It helps us to create and consolidate a rate sheet with offline and online rates. We can just edit very quickly the selling prices and send it to our customers. This is a task that could take 30 minutes, but now we can do it in a few clicks.
